Orders and Shipping Questions and Answers
Q: How soon will my order be processed?
A: Each order is processed in the order it is received. Most orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours or even less.
Q: How soon will my order be shipped?
A: Shipments depend on availability. If items are in stock an order will normally be shipped within 24 hours to 48 hours. If all items are not in stock we will notify you of the expected time to shipment. Most out of stock items are restocked within two weeks. You may check with us anytime to see if items are in stock. Email us any time and we will check if an item is in stock.
Q: How is shipment made?
Standard shipment is by ground service delivery using USPS or UPS. International orders will included an additional $14.00 charge per order. Shipment delivery service providers ask us to remind our customer that we cannot guarantee Christmas or holiday delivery. UPS does not ship on weekends; please keep this in mind when ordering during the later part of the week.
Q: How will my order be packaged?
A: The packaging and shipping will be very discreet. A plain opaque envelope is used. The return address will be a Post Office box. There are no external markings to indicate the nature of the product. A shipping invoice will be included inside the package.

Q: How can I return defective products?
A: The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We pay outgoing shipping only. Please contact us via email at BonerBand@live.com to obtain a return number prior to return. Please include your product name, item number and order number along with your name in the email. Any product shipped to us without a return number will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Q: Is my credit card information secure?
A: Yes, your credit card information is secure. We take security serviously and safeguard customer information.

Q: Is my personal information shared with anyone?
A: No, we do not sell, trade or share your personal information with anyone. We do need your correct email address for verification and to contact you if there is any question about your order. So please provide correct email and credit card information when ordering.
Q: How will the charges show up on my credit card billing statement.
A: The billing statement will reflect the charges from R Pola LLC.
Q: What about international shipments?
A: Wire orders, credit cards, or PayPal payment is required for international orders. International orders are not filled until bank verification is confirmed. We verify the authenticity of card holders. Customers will be asked to provide 1) name of bank that supplied credit card, 2) bank phone number and 3) security code on back of credit card. Prices are given in US dollars. Conversion is done to local currency by local back or credit card company. Currency Conversions can be found here: Currency Conversions. Global Priority Mail is used for international orders and usually arrive within 5 to 7 business days. For countries that do not have Global Priority Mail, shipments are made via Airmail and should arrive within 2 weeks after date of shipment. Please allow up to 30 days. Delivery destinations outside the United States may require additional shipment feeds. The United States Postal Service uses delivers packages to the nearest customs proessing center in the destination country. Packages may be delayed in customs while waiting to be cleared. Additional customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customers are responsible for knowing the laws of their country. Please be certain that the products that you order are lega lin your country before placing an order. Packages that are rejected by customs will be abandoned and no credit refund will be issued. We have no control over how many days that a customs authority in your country might hold a package for inspection. We do not process orders for delivery of itmes to countries embargoed by the United States Government. The following countries currently have trade restrictions: Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya and North Korea. Due to excessive fraud we do not accept orders to the countries of Singapore, Russia, Indonesia and Turkey. We do not guarantee delivery of any international shipments and will not be responsible for any items not clearing customs outside of the United States.
